We play all sorts, Scrabble is a fave, Monopoly, Payday, Sorry. Love them all!!

Now today, he texted me and was flirting with me and he does this alot. For awhile he'll flirt with me and then he'll back away for awhile. I don't know what to think about this? input please
A) this guy is clearly a jerk. not to be hars but it sounds like he's only texting you for something to do when hes bored. forget him and move on.old school NES games?Q) I (like everyone) got an NES in the early 90s.
My old games still work and I still play them, but after all these years the same games are getting a liiiittle bit boring.
So... As I can't remember what games were around at the time (as I was only 7!!!)
Can anyone please suggest good games??
I dont like sports games, like football, hockey you get the picture. Also racing and fighthing games are out.
I love Mario (as everyone does), Ducktales, the Disney games in general (like Magic Kingdom, Chip n Dale), LOLO, Solomon's Key, Zelda....
Also puzzly games like Tetris, Dr.Mario, Puzznic....
I.E. level jumping kinda games where you develop your skills and there's a storyline.
Any suggestions? Gamenames and what they're about?
And NES, not SNES!
thanks xxx
A) mickey mousecapade-side scroll mickey mouse game
kid icarus-Kid Icarus comes from the Greek myth about a boy who made wings out of
feathers and wax. Unfortunately, he flew too close to the sun, melted his
wings, and fell to his doom. In the game you don't have to deal with these
events. Instead, you must defeat Medusa and rescue Palutena from the Palace
in the Sky
contra-great side scrolling war game

They say they'll charge $5 per game - I've been shown images of the games, with english manuals, boxes etc. and the games that have coloured cartrige cases (e.g. pokemon emerald has a transparent green cartrige) so it looks very real.
The thing is I'm afraid that (because they're from china) that the games will be copies.
If I were to buy them and sell them on ebay - would this be a dangerous thing to do? I mean I have no real reason to believe they aren't real apart from the price.
Any help?
A) Don't worry about it-- Just go ahead and buy it. People do it all the time on ebay anyways. That's how I got most of my anime collection D:what games do you remember playing when you were a child?Q) i mean like playgroud gamesor playing games not like board games n stuff...i remember playing clapping games, skipping games with a huge long skipping rope in the playground, elastic again a huge elastic with a girl either end holding the elastic around their legs while you played til you were out,lol...in and out the dusty bluebells(with the boys, lol), cats cradle...ball against the wall games, making up dance routines to songs... and so on...id love to hear some as i dont remember a lot of the details of the games and id love to play some now,lol...anyone got any more???

aaawww i totally forgot about hopscotch...nice one ;0)
whats the time mr wolf is a personal favourite...yey...and leapfrog was good too
A) What time is it Mr Werewolf is a cracker...
One person elected 'on' stands against wall, or on a line, everyone else taking part stands facing them about 10-15 metres away.
The person on is Mr Werewolf and has to turn around to face away from everyone.
'Everyone' shouts loudly 'What time is it Mr Werewolf?'
Mr Werewolf shouts out a time, say four o clock. Everyone has to take four steps. Taken carefully because if Mr Werewolf turns round and catches you moving you become the new Mr Werewolf.
This continues til everyone gets fairly close to Mr Werewolf and when asked the time, he/she shouts DINNERTIME!!
Everyone has to turn and run back to the original line before Mr Werewolf catches and bites them and they become the new Mr Werewolf. Obviously not real biting!!
Gets em running about like a playstation can't :)Easy games do my head in What is the hardest game you have ever played on ps2 (or ps1) us or uk games?Q) I have been a gamer for over 15 years and it gets annoying for me at times when a game is too easy.
I am mainly into rpg's, platformers and shooting games however I do also play on action/adventure and strategy games as well.
What is the hardest game you know of that are any of these genres on the ps2, ps1, DS or GBA?
A) I agree with that other guy... DDR is like trying to walk on air. That is the hardest game I have ever played. The easiest game I have played would be either 007:Nightfire or the early stages of Tekken 2. In the early stages, your attacks hurt like stone and your opponents hurt like tissue paper.Video games - Has the market hit a stagnant period?Q) I was mooching through my local video game store, and about the last 9/10 times, I've walked out with nothing...
Thats not to say I had no money... I just didn't see anything that seemed very playable...
So, I suppose the question is...
Am I just starting to grow out of it all (I do still enjoy bf2142 though)
Have game makers forgotton what makes a truly memorable video?
Has the younger generation with its total reliance and review on game 'graphics' made that all new games should be very very pretty, but with very little substance...
Is there hope for us who maybe play games because they're an enjoyable distraction from time to time?
or should i just dig my snes out of the attic?
A) I'm thinking that the 1st/3rd person shooter games and strategy games are getting to be a bit stagnant. I don't think there was a whole lot of difference between the Halo and Doom games. I like the idea of the Wii's controllers, and hope they evolve new genre's with more interaction.playground games for ks1 and ks2 (primary children)?Q) can anyone remember the game that mainly girls played with 2 tennis ball that you threw up against a wall (like juggling against a wall). i am having trouble remembering the songs that went along with game. i can remember one which went over the garden wall i let my baby fall, and one about KP penny a packet first you lick it then you?! can't remember what came next, only after the holidays i have to teach some year 4 children some of the games i played when i was their age, i remember the elastic game where you tied elastic bands together and had 2 people to stand either end with the elastic round their ankles and sang England Ireland Scotland Wales inside outside donkeys tails, can't remember any other songs for that, does anyone remember these games?
A) The elastic band one was called French Skipping. The basic idea was to stand facing one end with one foot inside and one foot outside and jump from side to side changing feet so that a different foot was inside each time. You had to do this without touching the elastic, or that was the end of your go. You could put one end of the elastic round one of those yellow fire hydrant thingies (or object of similar width) if there were only two of you.
The song you mention was sung while jumping from side to side for England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales.
Inside, outside - you had to jump and land with both feet inside and then both feet outside (either side, not the same side), still without touching the elastic.
We didn't sing "donkey's tails", we sang "inside, on" - on was the end of your go and you had to land on the elastic (one foot on each bit).
You could put the elastic at different heights (ankles, calves, knees etc) according to how good the person was at it, so that everyone got a proper go if you had mixed ages playing it. You could also vary how far apart the two pieces of elastic were, which changes the difficulty making some bits easier and some harder.
The main French Skipping didn't have a song, it was counted instead.
Sevens - face one end, jump from side to side with one foot inside and one foot outside (seven times) without touching the elastic.
Sixes - face one end, jump from inside to outside and back again i.e. legs together, legs apart, (six times) without touching the elastic. This is difficult when the elastic is high.
Fives - face sideways, start by standing on the elastic on one side with both feet, then jump to the other side (five times). This one's easy, even taking account of the backwards jumping required.
Fours - face sideways, one foot under the elastic, one foot over. Jump high to the other side and swap which foot is under and which is over (four times, this one is by far the most difficult especially when you are going backwards).
Threes - as for sevens, but turn 180' each time you jump (three times) - no touching the elastic.
Twos - as for fives, turn 180' each time you jump (twice). You have to land squarely on the elastic first time with both feet, no staggering and then correcting yourself.
One - hard to explain, this one... stand facing one end with your legs crossed either side of the elastic, then bring your feet together (uncrossed) so that the elastic is sort-of wrapped around your ankles. You might have had to turn as well, can't remember, you'll need to play-test! Jump really high in the air and try to land with both feet on top of the elastic (one foot on each piece).
I think I've got that wrong somewhere, because I recall one of them was jumping (facing one end) from side to side with both legs together - so like Sixes but you didn't straddle the elastic you landed outside the elastic on one side or the other. Perhaps a little advance play-testing would help here, you could replace one of the others with this one.
I hope this is the same version as you used to play. It has no singing, only counting the numbers.
Do kids do clapping games these days? Those are always great fun the first time you learn one. You can start off with the ones where you pair off and then expand to standing in a circle. When Susie Was was my favourite, for the classic line when Susie was a teenager: "ooh, aah, I've lost my bra, I've left my knickers in my boyfriend's car" which we used to shout out as loudly as we could. An internet search will bring up a TON of rhymes, but good luck trying to remember the clapping, it was pretty complex as I recall.

Have a good time! :)games::::::::::?Q) i do not know what game i should get for xbox 360 the games are smackdown vs raw 2007 madden 07 saints row or dead rising please help
A) I do not know about Smackdown (i have yet to play the demo; my husband keeps hoging the xbox) but I personallly loved Dead Rising and Saints Row was ok but it seemed more like a combination of True Crime and GTA. That really is not a problem for me since I like both game series but it does show a lack of creativity and makes for repetitive game play, especially if you do not like those series.
Dead Rising has a very high rating in Game Informer and even though many game mags seem to be missleading about game quality. They seemed to be dead on with this game.
My best sugguestion to you would be to get xbox live (if you do not already have it) and download the demos for those games and try them your self. That is the beauty of having 360; you can download and try games before you buy them. It gives you just enough to find out if you really like the game and if it is worth buying. Now they do not do that for all the games but most of them have playable demos on xbox live.games?????Q) does anyone know any great games to play.like club penquin and millsberry.
